I started the Sussex Cleaning Co. with the idea of a whole building approach to cleaning. Whether it be window cleaning for a flat, terrace house, substantial family home, to a commercial gutter clearing job for a business client. Every customer is vital to me and is treated as such. My background is in Estates and Block Management, meaning i am able to offer sound experience of cleaning, maintaining and managing buildings. I always use the best products on the market along with ensuring the best customer service from a family established and run company. So, contact me for advice on your cleaning needs. What We Do
EXTERNAL WINDOW CLEANING TO 60FT
Pure water window cleaning from ground level. Not only a safe option due to increasing H&S legislation, but also means unlike traditional window cleaners, we clean your glass, frames and sills as standard!
INTERNAL WATERLESS WINDOW CLEANING
A relatively new product allowing windows to be cleaned internally without the need of water. Very well suited to offices, car showrooms and health facilities. Also for customers that have very white carpets! We do of course use traditional soap and squeegee where required.
GUTTER CLEARING
Gone of the days where the option to clean your gutters involved climbing a ladder and scooping out leaves/moss by hand! We use a powerful gutter vac from ground level with a reach of 40ft. Gutter cleaning is vital to keep water from over flowing due to block gutters. We find in this part of the world that not only do leaves cause an issue, but large build ups of moss is common. Commercial and domestic customers welcome.
FASCIA, SOFFIT & GUTTER UPVC WASH DOWNS
Over time dirt and grime naturally builds up on the UPVCÂ areas of your property. If left, it become engrained in the UPVCÂ and very difficult to remove. We use the most up to date cleaning methods in order to restore UPVC. Call us for some advice and a quote!
OFFICE & COMMUNAL CLEANING
We understand that arranging regular office and communal cleaning for buildings is not an easy task. We offer a bespoke frequency and service for each individual customer. RENDER/SOFT WASHING
Rendered and painted surfaces over time will develop a build up of dirt and algae. Many property owners believe the best way to deal with this is to erect expensive scaffolding and have the rendered/painted services repainted. Soft washing is a cheaper, less intrusive way of cleaning rendered and painted surfaces. An environmentally friendly product is applied, left for an hour and jetted off using a lightly powered fan spray. Generally the works are completed in a day, all from ground level!
CARPET CLEANING
Many companies will offer carpet cleaning with over inflated results. Often leaving customers disappointed. We use the latest, most powerful carpet cleaning machines on the market that will remove the most stubborn ingrained stains!
DRIVEWAY CLEANING & RESTORATION
